Homemade Ice Cream

FRENCH VANILLA – The most pleasing of vanilla ice creams made with the finest real vanilla available.

RICH CHOCOLATE – What other kind of chocolate ice cream would you find at Hilliards but rich chocolate? What more can we say!

COLOMBIAN COFFEE – Made with an extract of Colombia's richest coffee beans, this is a true coffee ice cream lovers favorite.

COOKIES & COOKIE DOUGH – We make our own chocolate chip cookie dough and add cookies to delicious vanilla ice cream. This combination makes for one of our most popular flavors.

VANILLA CHUNKY CHIP – Bittersweet chocolate chunky chips and semi-sweet chocolate flecks are mixed throughout creamy vanilla ice cream.

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIPS N' CHUNKS - Same as above in creamy cool mint ice cream.

STRAWBERRY PATCH – Fresh strawberries and sweet cream make for a natural delight.

Coffee Brownie Madness

COFFEE BROWNIE MADNESS – Colombian Coffee ice cream with gobs of our baked in house chewy fudge brownies mixed throughout.

BLACK RASPBERRY – This is a pure and natural black raspberry ice cream with an extra dose of crushed raspberries added for good measure.

CHEWY CASHEW PATTY – We put chunks of our very own milk chocolate cashew caramel patties in our Colombian coffee ice cream for a deliciously chewy experience you won't find anywhere else.

VERMONT MAPLE WALNUT – Maple flavored ice cream with fresh walnuts make you feel like you are on vacation in beautiful Vermont.

SWAMP – Vanilla ice cream swamped with tasty surprises such as M&Ms, malted milk balls, vanilla and chocolate sandwich cookies, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and brownies.

CHERRY CORDIAL – People come from all around to get Hilliard's juicy hand dipped chocolate covered cordials. Now we have made yummy cherry ice cream with added chunks of cherry cordials for the best of both worlds.

CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIE – Rich chocolate ice cream with gobs of chewy fudge brownies mixed throughout.

CHOCOLATE GRAND MARNIER TRUFFLE – Chocolate ice cream flavored with Grand Marnier flavoring (orange)– and if this weren't enough, we added pieces of our Grand Marnier truffles for a totally awesome chocolate experience.

VANILLA TOFFEE CRUNCH – Pure real vanilla ice cream is made more wonderful with one of our top sellers – "Hilliard's homemade Almond Toffee Crunch" mixed in.

PISTACHIO – A natural pistachio ice cream loaded with fresh whole pistachios – too good to be true!

COCONUT ALMOND DELIGHT – Coconut ice cream with almonds, chocolate chips and of course sweet delicious coconut! A classic.

CUPCAKE – It's like licking the mixing bowl when making a vanilla cake. A comfort food flavor with candy coated chocolate morsels too delicious to resist.

SEA SALT CARAMEL ICE CREAM - Sea Salt caramels are a fan favorite here at Hilliards. Our ice cream version is a combination of Vanilla ice cream with salted caramel swirl and chocolate chips mixed in.

BANANA REPUBLIC – Banana ice cream lovers line up for this version with chocolate chips and walnuts! Yum!

PEPPERMINT STICK – A delightfully minty throwback made with our peppermint stick pieces.

MOONBEAM ✨New flavor!✨ - A dreamy swirl of fresh blueberry ice cream mixed with mini marshmallows... it's as magical as it sounds.

LEMON LAVENDER SHORTBREAD ✨New flavor!✨ - Subtle notes of lemon and fragrant lavender with shortbread cookie mix-ins.

COFFEE TOFFEE FROZEN YOGURT – Coffee yogurt with small pieces of our yummy toffee crunch. So good!

BLACK RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN YOGURT – Black raspberry yogurt with flecks of semi-sweet chocolate mixed throughout.

VANILLA CHOCOLATE CHIP FROZEN YOGURT – An instant hit here at Hilliards, but why not, with flecks of our delicious chocolate mixed in?

COOL MINT PATTIE FROZEN YOGURT – Refreshing mint yogurt with chocolate flecks.

*Our frozen yogurts are low fat before any mix-ins are added.

NO SUGAR ADDED ICE CREAM AND SORBET ALSO AVAILABLE.

About Our Ice Cream

We have painstakingly worked to develop what we consider the best ice cream we can put our name on. At Hilliards, commitment to quality and freshness is our promise. Our rich satisfying ice cream is made with the purest and most natural ingredients as possible, not cutting corners on costly flavorings. We make low over-run ice cream (low amount of air mixed in) and we add no artificial colors or flavors. Our ice cream is made in small batches, in our Easton candy kitchen.

Our Mix-ins

Another way we have sought to make our ice cream different is by adding our own candy and fresh quality ingredients. As well as adding our turtles, toffee and real fruits, we bake our own brownies, make our cookie dough from scratch, and stir it all in by hand before freezing.

Our homemade toppings:

We make our own hot fudge, hot caramel, and even our own homemade marshmallow. We also top each sundae with a chocolate Non Pareil! Cherries are also available if you prefer, just ask!
