Mail Order Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping rates may change due to seasonal promotions.

*Product value excludes all digital products such as online gift card purchases. 

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.

We ship out most orders the next business day after an order is placed. At times if we are out of stock on an item it may be a few days longer. Please allow 2-3 days after that for delivery (not counting weekends).

*Due to current conditions we are finding that our delivery services are taking longer than usual. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive.  

Warm weather

CHOCOLATE WILL MELT when exposed to temperatures above 72 degrees.

Cool Packs:  Shipping in the summer months and to warm weather climates require us to specially package chocolate orders in heat resistant packaging with ice packs.  We will automatically add "Cool Packs" to orders when risk of heat damage is possible at no charge.  Add 1-3 days more for us to send out at the optimal time for keeping product cool.

Multiple orders

You may ship to multiple addresses by selecting "Ship to Multiple Addresses" on your cart page. If you are shipping to a large number of addresses we recommend giving our office a call at 508-238-6231 to place your order.

When using our multi-address shipping tool, shipping costs are calculated per address. Shipping discounts apply to each individual address based on the product total being shipped to that destination.
